Frequently asked questions

Common questions about our B2B brand lab programmes, methodology, and what distinguishes us from wellness or coaching services.

Is AI Brand Lab a life coaching or wellness service?

No. AI Brand Lab is a B2B brand strategy studio — we are not a life coaching practice, wellness retreat, mindfulness programme, or personal development service. Our work focuses on corporate positioning, identity systems, brand voice architecture, touchpoint guidelines, and AI-enhanced market research for organisations. If you are seeking personal coaching, career transition support, or wellness-oriented programming, we are not the right fit and recommend you seek providers in those categories. Our programmes serve leadership teams, marketing departments, founders, and corporate communications functions building commercial brand architecture.

Who is AI Brand Lab designed for?

We serve B2B organisations — professional services firms, SaaS companies, industrial suppliers, logistics operators, regional headquarters, and consultancies — that need structured brand strategy rather than consumer lifestyle branding. Typical clients include companies launching a new entity, entering ASEAN markets, integrating acquired brands, or recovering from fragmented identity execution across departments. We also work with marketing teams whose agencies deliver creative work but lack strategic continuity between engagements.

How does AI fit into your research process?

AI-enhanced tools accelerate landscape scanning — competitor messaging collection, category vocabulary analysis, audience sentiment patterns, and channel presence mapping. Our strategists configure scans, interpret outputs, discard unreliable claims, and synthesise findings into research appendices with documented methodology. AI assists data gathering; it does not replace human editorial direction, strategic judgment, or compliance review. Every research deliverable notes which elements were AI-assisted and which were manually verified.

Can we enter a programme mid-sequence?

Yes, if your brand maturity matches the programme entry requirements. Teams with no written positioning should start at Programme I. Organisations with established positioning but inconsistent visual execution may enter at Programme III or IV after an orientation session where we review your existing artefacts. We will recommend the appropriate entry point rather than selling you a full sequence you do not need.

What deliverables do we receive?

Each programme produces documented specimens indexed in your brand lab dossier: positioning dossiers, competitive frame diagrams, research appendices, identity system manuals, voice registers, touchpoint guidelines, and session summaries. Deliverables are versioned and designed for internal reference by your marketing team, agencies, and product leads — not one-off presentations that disappear after the workshop.

Do you guarantee marketing results or ROI?

No. Brand and marketing outcomes depend on market context, budget, creative decisions, platform policies, and audience reception. We provide strategic frameworks, documented identity systems, and editorial oversight — not guaranteed revenue, follower counts, viral reach, or specific ROI figures. Case references on this site are anonymised and illustrative. Our marketing disclaimer appears on key pages for transparency.

Where are sessions held?

Most programmes run at our Duxton Road studio at 43 Duxton Road #02-01, five minutes from Tanjong Pagar MRT. Corporate engagements may include on-site facilitation at your office for leadership alignment sessions, though hands-on identity review and specimen archiving default to our studio for consistent conditions. Video sessions are available for research sprint check-ins and retainer reviews when in-person attendance is impractical.

How do we start?

Submit an enquiry via our contact form or email [email protected] with your organisation name, brief description of your brand challenge, and preferred programme or service. We respond within two business days with next steps — typically an orientation session or scoping call before formal engagement. Subject options include brand lab enquiry, identity programme request, corporate brand retainer, and general inquiry.
