These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://aibrandlab.life/ (the "Website") operated by AI Brand Lab Pte. Ltd. ("AI Brand Lab", "we", "us", or "our"), UEN 202905183R, registered at 43 Duxton Road #02-01, Singapore 089507. By accessing the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. Separate written agreements govern paid brand lab programmes and corporate engagements; where those agreements conflict with these Terms regarding services, the written agreement prevails.
1. About our services
AI Brand Lab provides B2B brand strategy services including positioning development, identity system design, brand voice architecture, touchpoint guidelines, AI-enhanced market research, and ongoing brand retainer support. We operate a brand strategy studio at Tanjong Pagar — not a life coaching practice, wellness centre, personal development programme, or guaranteed marketing performance service. Website content describes our commercial brand offerings for informational purposes; it does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a signed engagement letter or invoice accepted by both parties.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least eighteen years of age and have authority to bind yourself or your organisation to these Terms. You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent enquiries or registration information;
- Attempt unauthorised access to our systems, accounts, or brand lab dossier infrastructure;
- Transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically copy Website content without prior written consent;
- Use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our operations or reputation;
- Misrepresent AI Brand Lab as a wellness, coaching, or personal transformation provider.
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.
3. Website content and intellectual property
All content on the Website — text, graphics, logos, layout, programme descriptions, and documentation samples — is owned by AI Brand Lab or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written consent.
"AI Brand Lab" and associated marks are proprietary. Unauthorised use may violate trademark law. Case references and illustrative examples on the Website are anonymised; any resemblance to actual organisations is coincidental unless explicitly stated.
4. Enquiries and contact form
Submitting our contact form or emailing us does not create a client relationship or guarantee availability of programmes or services. We review enquiries and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically two business days. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it. PDPA consent is required for form submission as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Service engagements
Brand lab programmes, orientation sessions, identity audits, research sprints, and retainer engagements are subject to separate scope documents, fees, schedules, and cancellation terms provided before commencement. Deliverables — positioning dossiers, identity manuals, voice registers, research appendices — remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as specified in the engagement letter. Clients receive a licence to use deliverables for their organisation's brand purposes unless otherwise agreed.
We do not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, revenue growth, follower counts, viral reach, search rankings, or return on investment. Brand and marketing outcomes depend on market context, budget, creative decisions, platform policies, and audience reception. AI-enhanced brand research assists our strategists — it does not replace human editorial direction or compliance checks.
6. Client materials
When you submit brand materials, positioning drafts, or confidential business information for review, you represent that you have the right to share them and that our use for the agreed engagement purpose does not violate third-party rights. We handle materials according to our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms in your engagement letter. You remain responsible for ensuring materials do not contain unnecessary personal data or legally restricted content.
7. Third-party links and tools
The Website may link to third-party sites or reference external tools used in brand research. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability. Links do not imply endorsement. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Brand Lab and its directors, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for claims arising from Website use shall not exceed one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100), except where liability cannot be excluded by law including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
For paid service engagements, liability limits in the applicable engagement letter or contract prevail over this section where they provide different terms.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Brand Lab from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Website, infringement of third-party rights through materials you submit, or misrepresentation of our services to third parties.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or Website use, without prejudice to our right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
12. Changes
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be indicated on the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For active service engagements, changes do not alter signed contract terms without mutual agreement.
13. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
